- Experience on Siemens shell towers, Vestas LDST or Enercon MST/HST
- Communicative level of English (international site environment).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and installation manuals.
- Valid GWO BST certificates (or willingness to renew).
- Strong awareness of safety, quality, and procedural discipline.
- Availability for project-based onshore work across Europe.
- Preparing MST/HST turbine in accordance with Enercon manufacturer manuals, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues arising during installation activities.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, manufacturer procedures, and project specifications.
- Work closely with site management, commissioning teams, and project coordinators.

Long-term cooperation based on a B2B contract (selected projects are also available under an employment contract).

- Year-round onshore projects, ensuring continuity between assignments.
